This video will go over updating your trucking authority and exactly what you need to do in order to change or update information pertaining to your MC Number.
Remember you will need your Pin number to get this done.
If you need your pin# from FMCSA go here: https://www7.fmcsa.dot.gov/registration/request-pin-number
If you don’t have access to the email you open the application with, you can request your pin sent by mail.
If you want it faster you can do an MCS-150 paper update and update the email that way.
Remember if you have an MC# and make an address/name change. You need to update both the MC Authority and update the USDOT Number. That’s two different website logins. Make sure to watch the full video to understand all about updating your trucking authority.
